Most times

Its the ACTION that comes BEFORE the motivation.

We always wanna feel motivated to do something but lets be honest, most times, motivation is nowhere to be seen.

Action creates motivation. Bringing the action down to the smallest possible thing to do usually pokes motivation to wake up. This also helps quiet the overwhelm we feel when faced with doing the entire task in our minds. Some examples:

if you wanna workout but dont feel like it, just do ONE sit-up. Usually once youre there, youll feel like doing more anyways
If you want to make a salad but dont feel like it, just chop the lettuce only. Usually once there, youll feel like chopping more to finish
If you want to write in your book you e been meaning to write, but dont feel like it, just write one line. Usually once there, youll feel like writing another.
If you want to clean up but dont feel like it, just wash one dish. Usually once there, youll feel like washing a few more and so on

Sometimes all it takes is to start with the smallest possible task and see where it takes you!
