These juicy and flavour-packed kebabs are worth every bit of effort! #AFGvWI #CWC19 #WorldCricEATAFGHANI KEBABIngredients300 grams mutton mince1 tbsp coriander seeds10-12 black peppercorns4-5 cloves4-5 green cardamoms2 dried red chillies½ tsp sea salt1 inch cinnamon stick1½ tbsps olive oil2 small white onions1 tsp garlic paste1 tsp ginger pasteSalt to tasteOil for spraying3 medium tomatoesAfghani naan to serveCucumber slices to serveLemon wedges to serveMethod1. In a mortar and pestle, add coriander seeds, black peppercorns, cloves, green cardamoms, and dried red chillies. Add sea salt and cinnamon stick. Coarsely grind them. Add olive oil and mix well. 2. In a large bowl, add mutton mince, grate onions and add the prepared spice blend. 3. Add garlic paste, ginger paste and salt. Mix well.4. Dip your fingers in water and take a portion of the mixture and press it on a flat skewer to form kebab.5. Preheat the oven at 180˚C.6. Spray a baking tray with oil and place the prepared kebabs on it. Skewer tomatoes on a satay stick.7. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Take them out of the oven.8. Place the kebabs on Afghani naan and serve hot with prepared tomatoes, cucumber slices and lemon wedges.
