African flour porridge recipe/ N.Bori/ Moni

So many people think that it is difficult to make this porridge but today I am going to show you how easy it is.

It is called with different other names like "Moony kalama", "Yehfoure" or "M'Bohiri"

Ingredients:

200g of flour (you can choose between rice, wheat or corn flour)

1/3 cup of water

2 lime juice (lemon or tamarind juice can be substituted)

1 cup of sugar (I like mine really sweet, so adjust the sugar to your taste)

4 cup of water
