Ajwain & kalonji Add Different Taste to Nimki (Namkin)1INGREDIENTS QUANTITY• Refined Flour 2 cups• Kalonji 1 Tsp• Ajwain 1 Tsp• Salt 1 ½ Tsp• Butter 2 Tbsp• Water as required • Clove 10-15 NoMETHOD:-• Take Maida in a bowl. Add kalonji seeds 1 tsp, ajwain 1 tsp, salt and butter 2 tbsp in the bowl. Mix well. Add enough water and knead hard dough.• Divide the dough into equal puri sized dough. Make small puri, add some butter and fold it into a triangle. Stick a clove in the middle of the triangle nimki. Make triangle nimkis with all the dough.• Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the triangles in hot oil on low heat till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
