INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
• Refined Flour 2 cups
• Kalonji 1 Tsp
• Ajwain 1 Tsp
• Salt 1 ½ Tsp
• Butter 2 Tbsp
• Water as required
• Clove 10-15 No
METHOD:-
• Take Maida in a bowl. Add kalonji seeds 1 tsp, ajwain 1 tsp, salt and butter 2 tbsp in the bowl. Mix well. Add enough water and knead hard dough.
• Divide the dough into equal puri sized dough. Make small puri, add some butter and fold it into a triangle. Stick a clove in the middle of the triangle nimki. Make triangle nimkis with all the dough.
• Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the triangles in hot oil on low heat till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
