Heat oil in a pan; add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, green chillies, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.2. Add chopped onion, mix well and sauté for 1 min.3. Add chopped tomatoes and salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.4. Add butter, milk and eggs, mix well.5. Add chopped coriander, mix well and cook till mixture is soft.6.
