ENOUGH TO LAST UP TO 2 WEEKS
Dry Spice Mix
- 2 table spoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons thyme
- 2 tablespoons paprika powder
- 2 tablespoons ground pepper (or more or less)
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
- 8 - 10 seasoning cubes
- 2 tablespoons dry parsley
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon salt (or don't add at all...salt your food as you cook)

Wet Spice Mix
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/ 8 cup dark & light soy sauce mixture
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic paste
- 3-4 fresh peppers or 2 tablespoons all purpose green chili sauce
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/2 cup oil
- 6 - 8 seasoning cubes
- 2 tablespoons paprika powder
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- Bunch of fresh parsley leaves
