Try this adraki achar with your meals & turn them exciting!ALLAM PACHADIIngredients100 grams ginger, peeled2 tbsps oil2 tsps cumin seeds1 tsp mustard seeds½ tsp fenugreek seeds2 tsps split skinless black gram (dhuli urad dal)2 tsps split Bengal gram (chana dal)10-15 curry leaves1 tbsp coriander seeds4-5 dried red chillies1 tbsp tamarind pulpSalt to tasteUttapam for servingMethod1. Roughly chop ginger. Heat oil in iron kadai. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, coriander seeds and sauté for a few seonds.2. Once mustard seeds start to splutter, add dried red chillies, ginger and mix well.3. Add tamarind pulp and mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix well.4. Add salt and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes. 5. Allow to cool down and crush coarsely.6.
