Pre-heat the oven to 180c2. Grind almond into fine powder, add castor sugar, fresh cream, egg yolk and blend again. 3. Roll puff pastry sheet into 1mm and cut into circle (6 diameter) 4. Dust icing sugar on baking tray and place puff pastry sheet on it. Leave some space on the edges and evenly spread the prepared almond mixture in the centre.5. Brush milk on edges, place another puff pastry sheet and press edges with help on fork6. Brush egg-wash and dust some icing sugar on top and bake for 10 minutes. 7.
