ALOO BHARTAIngredients2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled1½ tbsps oil1 tsp cumin seeds ½ tbsp finely chopped garlic1½ tsps finely chopped ginger1-2 green chillies, chopped3-4 spring onion bulbs, chopped ½ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chilli powder1½ tsps Tata Sampann Kitchen King Masala2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves Salt to taste½ tsp dried mango powder (amchur)Chopped spring onion greens for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in anon-stick pan, add cumin seeds and allow them to change colour. 2. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies and spring onion bulbs. Sauté well and cook for 1-2 minutes.3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and Tata Sampann Kitchen King Masala. Sauté well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.4. Grate the potatoes and add to the pan. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.5. Add chopped coriander, salt and amchur. Mix well and cook for 1 minute. Take it off the heat.6.
