ALOO CHURMURIngredients2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into cubes3 tbsps dried white peas, soaked and pressure cooked with a pinch of turmeric and saltSalt to taste¼ tsp cumin powder¼ tsp chaat masala½ tsp chopped green chilli + for garnish2 tsps chopped fresh coriander1 tbsp tamarind water + for garnish5 phuchkasMethod1. Transfer potatoes in a bowl and mash. Add dried white peas and mix well. Add salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, green chilli and coriander. Mix well. Add 1 tbsp tamarind water. Crush phuchkas and add. Mix well. 2. Transfer aloo churmur in a serving plate.3.
