Aloo Gobhi Sabzi | Lunch and Dinner Recipe
This potato cauliflower curry recipe is very tasty and can be served along with any flat Indian bread including roti paratha or any rice preparation.

Aloo Gobi Ki Sabji
Ingredients
• 1.5 Cups Chopped Cauliflower
• 1.5 Cups Chopped Potatoes
• 1/2cup Green Peas
• 3 cups water for boiling
• 1/8 cup Oil for Frying Vegetable
• 1 Big Onion, roughly Chopped
• 1 Big Tomato, roughly Chopped
• 1/2 Inch Ginger, chopped
• 2-3 Piece Garlic, chopped
• 1/2 Tbsp Salt
• 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
• 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
• 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
• 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
• 1 To 1.5 Cups Water for Cooking
• 2 Cups Water for Blanching
• 1/2 to 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
• Few Fresh Coriander Leaves
