Try this version and tell us how did you like it.ALOO GOBHIIngredients2 medium potatoes (aloo), peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces20-25 small cauliflower florets (gobhi)2-3 green chillies8-10 garlic cloves1 inch ginger3 tbsps oil1½ tsps cumin seeds1 medium onion, sliced1 large tomato, choppedSalt to taste1½ tsps red chilli powder2 tsps coriander powder¼ tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves2 tsps lemon juice¼ tsp Punjabi garammasala powderFresh coriander sprig for garnishMethod1. Coarsely grind green chillies, garlic cloves, and ginger in a mortar and pestle. Set aside.2. Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add the ground paste and sauté for a minute.3. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add tomato, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes or till soft and pulpy. 4. Add cauliflower and potatoes and sauté well.Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and mix well.5. Add ½ cup water, mix, cover and cook for 12-15 minutes.6. Add coriander leaves, lemon juice and Punjabi garammasala powder, mix and take the kadai off the heat. 7.
