Medium size potato slices, cooked and tossed in indian spices which are arranged like coins. Boil the potatoes, slice and keep them aside. (Do not over boil the potatoes). 2. Heat a tawa, add little oil and shallow fry the boiled potatoes on both sides until slightly browned and crisp. Remove and keep aside. 3. Heat a pan, add chopped green chillies, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, butter and salt all ingredients well. 4. Add chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, lime juice and mix well. 5. Add in the fried potatoes and toss well so that the spices get coated well around the potatoes. 6.
