For Filling
1 cup boiled peeled potatoes (roughly mashed)
1 Tbsp oil (canola, vegetable)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder (dhania)
1/2 tsp mango powder (amchoor)
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp green chili finely chopped
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro (hara dhania)
