Ingredients:
Aloo - 5-6 boiled
Onion - 1 sliced
Cucumber - ½ cut into 2 inch strips
Green Chilli - 2 slit
Lemon Juice - 1 ½ tsp
White and Black Salt - to taste
Coriander Leaves with stem- 1 tbsp chopped fine
Timmor / Timur / Black Peppers / Sichuan Peppercorns - ½ tsp
Sesame Seeds - 4 tbsp (i prefer white)
Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds - ½ tsp
Water - optional - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes - ½ tsp
