Cut the potatoes into thick discs and keep aside. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, place the discs in the pan and toss well. Cook till golden and crispy, turning occasionally.2. Sprinkle red chilli powder, crushed black peppercorns, salt and chopped coriander. Take it off the heat, set aside.3. Place the prepared potatoes on a serving plate, add yogurt on top, crush methi khakara on it, add onion, tomato and drizzle red chilli-garlic chutney, green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney.4.
