Add water, mix well, cover it and let it cook till the potatoes are done. Add fenugreek leaves, give it a mix and let the leaves cook for 2-33-4 minutes. Add coriander&cumin seeds powder, mix well and turn off the flame. Our Aloo Methi is ready to serve.
