Chopped green chilies 3-4 no.Chopped ginger 1 tspCumin seeds 1 tspSendha salt to tasteWater as required Oil for greasing
Method:-1. In a bowl add rajgira flour, boiled potato, green chilies, chopped ginger, cumin seeds and sendha salt to taste, add water and make a thick batter of it.2. Now in a non stick pan, grease oil and pour the batter, make the pancakes small in size.3. Cover it and let it cook for some time.4. Once it is cooked from down, flip it and cook from other side as well.5.
