Try this version of Aloo Tuk for your next chai-time snack, you will love it!ALOO TUKIngredients25-30 baby potatoes, boiled and unpeeled1½ tsps chaat masalaSalt to taste 1 tsp Tata Sampann Chilli Powder1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves½ lemonTea to serveMethod1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the baby potatoes till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.2. For the spice mix, take chaat masala, salt, Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and chopped coriander in a bowl. Mix well.3. Crush each baby potato using the back of a knife and transfer them back into the same hot oil and deep fry till they turn dark golden brown and crispier. Drain on an absorbent paper.4. Cut the lemon into wedges.5. Add the fried potatoes in to the spice mix and squeeze lemon and toss well.6. Transfer the prepared aloo tuk on a serving plate, serve hot with tea.
