Try this recipe for today's #SLvENG match #WorldCricEAT #CWC19AMBUL THIYALIngredients500 grams baby shark fillet, cut into 1 inch pieces6-7 gorake, soaked in warm water2 inch ginger, sliced3-4 green chillies½ inch cinnamon stickSalt to taste15-20 curry leavesBanana leaves as required1 tsp oilA few coriander sprigs + for garnishMethod1. In a blender jar, add ginger slices, green chillies, cinnamon stick, soaked gorake and sufficient water. Blend to a smooth paste.2. In a bowl, add fish, prepared paste, salt and curry leaves. Add a little gorake soaked water and mix well.3. Take an earthen pot; place a banana leaf in it. Add oil and grease it.4. Place the fish pieces in it, add coriander sprigs and place it on heat. Cover and cook till the fish is cooked completely.5. Transfer on to a serving plate and garnish with coriander sprig.
