Amla aur kachi haldi ki chutney is a recipe which is full of flavors and is pretty easy and quick to make.INGREDIENTS QUANTITYWater as required Gooseberry 6 nosRaw turmeric (fine chopped) 4-5 nosOil 1tbspAsafoetida tsp Fenugreek tspKalonji tsp Fennel seeds tsp Cumin seeds tsp Carom seeds tsp Green chilies chopped 3 nos Ginger julienne 1 tsp Red chilli powder tspBlack salt tsp Mango powder 1 tspSalt as per taste Jaggery 1 cup + cupMethod1. In a pressure cooker add water and gooseberry and pressure cook it for 8 to 9 Whistle2. Till the time gooseberry get cooked. We will finely chopped raw turmeric .3. Once your gooseberry is ready, remove it in a bowl and don't throw the water 4. In a kadhai add oil , asafoetida, fenugreek, Black cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds , carom seed & mix it well 5. Now add green chillies , ginger julienne ,raw turmeric and gooseberry water mix it well.6. Add red chilli powder, black salt, mango powder, salt and jaggery mix it well.7. Cut & remove the wages aside and add it into the gravy and mix it well.8. Cook until the water get dry up.9. Add half cup of jaggery more to the gravy mix it well.10.
