Quick and easy recipe of Shrikand with the goodness of mango.

AMRAKHAND

Ingredients

½ cup mango puree
1½ cups hung yogurt
½ cup castor sugar
1 tablespoon charoli
1 tbsp almond slivers
1 tbsp pistachios slivers

Method

1. Mix together hung yogurt and castor sugar in a bowl.
2. Add mango puree and mix till smooth. Add charoli, almond slivers and pistachio slivers and mix well.
3. Chill and serve.
