Put fish pieces on a plate. Add lemon juice and salt and rub well. Set aside to marinate for 5-10 minutes.2. To prepare marinade, mix together gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, carom seeds, chilli powder, salt, yogurt and egg in a bowl.3. Put the marinated fish pieces in the marinade and mix till well coated. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes. 4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop the marinated fish pieces and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper, sprinkle chaat masala and mix well. 5. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
