Our favourite recipe with a special addition of anardana masala is flavourful and takes less than 30 minutes to prepare.ANARDANA PANEER TIKKAIngredients300 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 1 inch cubes1½ tbsps dried pomegranate seeds (anardana) powder3 tbsps fresh cream3 tbsps hung yogurt2 tsps ginger-garlic paste1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp + 1½ tbsps oilSalt to taste2 tsps Kashmiri red chilli powderA pinch of turmeric powder½ tbsp Tata Sampann Paneer Masala1 small yellow capsicum, diced into 1 inch pieces1 small green capsicum, diced into 1 inch pieces1 large tomato, diced into 1 inch piecesGreen chutney to serveOnion rings to serveLemon wedges to serveMethod1. In a large bowl, add fresh cream, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and mix well. Add 1 tsp oil and mix well.2. Add salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Tata Sampann Paneer Masala, anardana powder and mix well.3. Add paneer cubes, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, tomato and gently mix well. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.4. Heat a non-stick grill pan, drizzle remaining oil and place the prepared paneer pieces on it. Cook till golden brown on both sides. Take them off the heat.5. Place the vegetables on the same pan and cook till grill marks appear on both sides.6. For serving, insert each piece paneer, coloured capsicums, and tomatoes alternatively on a tooth pick.7.
