KHICHIDO: Cereals & Pulses:
Rice, Split green gram, moong dal, Wheat, Jowar, horse gram, moth beans, Black chick peas
Pounding: Take 1/2 cup of black chick peas, Wheat, Moth beans, Horse beans, Jowar pound slowly
Grinding: Pound and Powder the above ingredients using little water.
Keep this overnight as soaking with closed lid.
Pulse Mix Stew:
Dry these soaked pulses in white muslin cloth till dry, remove the husk and pulse, put into big kadai.
To above pulses add 1/2 cup of green gram split dal, rice.
Wash this mixture in water.
In kadai boil water, add ground nut oil, salt. Slow cook for 2 to 3 hrs.
KHARIYO:
1. Heat in kadai oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onions, turmeric, salt, red chily powder, onion greens stir and fry as u add ingredients.
METHI LASON:
Fenugreek leaves, onion, oil, cumin seeds.
1. Wash and chop methi leaves, onion leaves, green chily
2. Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, add garlic, green chily, add onion leaves, methi, stir and fry.
3. Cook with little water and salt. Add garlic greens at end and cook.
