Ingredients:

5 Eggs
4 to 5 Garlic chopped
3 to 4 Green Chillies chopped
2 to 3 Onions chopped
2 Tomatoes chopped
1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
3 tsp Oil
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste

साहित्य:

५ अंडी
४ ते ५ लसूण चिरलेली
३ ते ४ हिरव्या मिरच्या
२ ते ३ कांदे चिरलेले
२ टोमॅटो चिरलेले
१/४ tsp हळद
३ tsp तेल
कोथिंबीर
मीठ

Method:

- In a pan heat some oil. Once the oil is hot add garlic, turmeric powder, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves & salt. Mix everything well.
- Then add the eggs and stir continuously. Add some salt and let the bhurji cook on a low flame.
- Garnish the egg bhurji with coriander leaves and serve hot!
