Can prepare very well even for picnics & parties n its very uniqe egg recipe.Ingredient QuantityGram flour cupRefine flour 2 tbsp + 2 tbspCornstarch 1 tbsp Salt to tasteWater as requiredBoiled egg 4 noOil 1 tbsp + to fryYogurt cupRed chilli powder 1 tspGaram masala powder 1 tspTurmeric powder tspCoriander powder 1 tspAsafoetida tspMustard seeds 1 tspWhole red chilli 4-5 noGinger chopped 1 tbspGarlic chopped 1 tbspGreen chilli chopped 3-4 noCurry leaves 20-25 noCoriander leaves chopped 1 tbspCoriander sprig for garnish Method Take a bowl and add gram flour, refine flour, corn starch, salt, water and mix well to make a batter. Keep aside Take 4 eggs and cut them 1 by 4Sprinkle red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, refine flour and coat wellCoat the eggs in besan batter and fry it into hot oilRemove when half fry and reheat the oilIn another bowl add yogurt, refine flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, water and mix well. Once the oil is hot add eggs and fry till crispTake another pan and add oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds, whole red chillis, ginger, garlic, green chillis and saut for 1 min.Add salt into the yogurt batter and mix well Add the batter to the kadhai and mix wellAdd fried eggs, curry leaves and mix well.
