Boiled And Fried Eggs Are Cooked in desi tomatoes with sour and sweet gravy. Best to be eaten with rice and naans.

Ingredients:
Eggs 4 Numbers
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
Salt 1 0
Fried onions 2 Numbers
Mint chopped 1/2 Tablespoons
Coriander chopped 1/2 Tablespoons
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Mustard seeds 1/4 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds 1/4 Teaspoons
Red chilly 3 Numbers
Kalonji seeds 1/4 Teaspoons
Curry leaves 2 Teaspoons
Chickpea flour 2 Tablespoons
Tomato puree 1 Cup
Green chilly 3 Numbers
Sugar 1 Pinch

Directions:
Take a bowl add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, salt, fried onions, ginger galic paste, chopped mint, chopped coriander, add water, mix it well. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilly, kalonji, curry leaves, chickpea flour, mix it and cook for 2 minutes then add the prepared slurry, mix it well, add tomato puree, add green chilly, add some water mix it well, put the lid on and let it cook for 10 minutes, add pinch of sugar, and adjust the seasoning and add boiled and fried eggs, cook for few minutes then switch off the flame. Serve this hot with rice or chapathi.

Boiled and fried eggs are cooked in a spicy smooth tomato gravy.it's a hyderabadi dish maid in special occasions.
this silky gravy is a very traditional combination with Qubooli and various Hyderabadi cuisine dishes . This is a royal preparation and also goes excellent with khichdi and roties .
Eggs 5 n
Oil 2 tb
Turmeric pinch
Coriander powder 1 tb
Chilly powder 1 ½ ts
Ginger garlic paste 1 ts
Fried onions ½ cup
Mint chopped ½ bunch
Coriander chopped ½ bunch
Red chilly 2 n
Mustard seeds ¼ ts
Cumin seeds ¼ ts
Onion seeds (kalonji) ½ ts
Curry leaves 3 springs
Check pea flour 1 tb
Tomato puree 1 cup
Green chilly 3 n
Salt to taste
Sugar ½ ts


Take a bowl add turmeric, coriander powder, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped mint, fried onions, chopped coriander add some water make a slurry.
Heat oil in a pan add red chilly, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, kalonji (onion seeds), curry leaves, add check pea flour, mix it well and add prepared slurry and add tomato puree, add green chilly, add some water cook this for 10 minutes then adjust the seasoning add some salt, sugar and add boiled and fried eggs, cook for some time then switch off the flame.
Serve this with rice and naan or chapati.
