Anti-Convention 2023 - Monday Lunch

The first lunch of Anti-Convention 2023 was full of culinary delights including a Fra' Mani omakase experience, Brandt beef featuring their new demi-glace, Prosciutto di Parma, Mary's Chicken, Blue Evolution sea vegetables, dry-aged fish, MIC Food tri-color sweet potato fries and of course a host of beverages. Fishmonger Tommy Gomes broke down a whole Bluefina tuna served sashimi style with a host of Bourbon Barrel Foods dipping sauces!
