Freshly baked cake with the goodness of fresh apples.APPLE CAKEIngredients4 medium apples (650 gms), peeled, thinly sliced and mixed with lemon juice4 eggs 150 gms sugar 150 gms refined flour (maida) 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt1 tsp cinnamon powder115 gms melted butter Method1. Preheat oven at 180ยบ C. 2. Break eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and beat with an electric beater till you get ribbon consistency. Add apples. 3. Sift together refined flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder into the bowl and mix well. Add melted butter and mix well. 4. Grease a square cake tin with oil and dust with refined flour. Pour the batter into the tin. 5. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 50-55 minutes.6. Remove from the oven, cool down to room temperature, cut into big pieces and serve.
