Apple Cookie Recipe - soft and easy. | BuonaPappa

Apple cookies with orange zest. Super soft and a great recipe to bake with your toddler (easy and no fail).

Ready to bake?

INGREDIENTS:
2 medium eggs
1/2 cup sugar (100gr.)
1 stick butter (100gr.)
2 3/4 cups flour (350gr.)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and diced
zest 1 orange

PROCEDURE:
In a large bow whisk eggs with sugar, add the vanilla and super soft butter. Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt). You will obtain a compact silky dough. Add orange zest and apples. Scoop one tablespoon of mix for each cookie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake to 400F for 20 min. Enjoy! Store on the countertop in a basket covered with a napkin.
