#Appleparatha is a sweet delight that bring a smile on your face. It is easy to prepare sweet dish. Ingredient QuantityApples peeled and grated 1 no. Sugar 1 tbsp Raisins 1 tbspAlmonds chopped 1 tbspCinnamon powder 1 tspParatha dough kgRabadi 1 CupSalt to tastePowdered sugar for frostingGhee for cookingMethod:1. Peel and grate the apple. And keep in a bowl full of water.2. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan, squeeze and add grated apple.3. Saut for 2-3 mins or till apple is dry completely. Remove in bowl and keep it aside.4. Divide the paratha dough in equal size portion and shape into balls. 5. Roll out the dough in two six to seven-inch round rotis. 6. Spread grated apple, sugar, raisins, almonds and cinnamon powder all over the roti and cover with the second roti. Seal the edges well and lightly roll with rolling pin. 7. Place the paratha on a heated tawa and cook well from both sides. 8. Once cooked apply ghee and cook from both sides till crisp.9. Remove the paratha on a chopping board. Cut the paratha into four slices.10. Place the slices on a serving plate.11. Pour rabdi and using a sieve frost powdered sugar.12.
