Arbi MasalaIngredients QuantityColocassia (arbi) boiled and peeled 250 gm. Ajwain ½ tspGinger chopped 1 tbspGarlic chopped 1 tbspGreen chillies chopped 2-3 no.Onions chopped 2 no.Tomatoes chopped 3 no. Salt to tasteCoriander powder 1½ tbspRed chilli powder 1½ tspTurmeric powder ½ tspGaram masala powder 1 tspDry mango powder (amchur) 1½ tsp Water ¼ cupCoriander leaves chopped 2 tbspOil 2 tbspMethod:1. Heat oil in a pan; add ajwain and sauté for 30 sec.2. Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies, mix well and sauté for 1 min.3. Add chopped onion, mix well and sauté for 3-4 min.4. Mean while cut the arbi in small pieces and keep it aside.5. Add chopped tomatoes and salt into the pan and mix well.6. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and amchur powder, mix well and sauté for 4-5 min.7. Add boiled arbi, mix well and sauté for 1 min.8. Add water and mix well and sauté for another 1 min. 9. Add coriander chopped and mix well.10.
