Makes 12 Cupcakes:
120g Self Raising Flour
tsp Ginger
tsp Cinnamon
tsp Cloves
tsp Salt
tsp Bicarb
125g Caster Sugar
135g Butter
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Golden Syrup

Armagnac Buttercream
285g Butter
tsp Salt
450g Icing Sugar
2-4 tbsp Armagnac
