#ArisiThengaiPayasamInTamil Let's hop into #SujanFunKitchen for the #ThengaPayasam #ArisiThengaPayasam recipe.Ingredients:Coconut - ½ of a big oneRaw rice - 2 tbspAlmonds - optional - 7 or 8Jaggery grated - 1 cupCardamom as reqdGhee - few tspsCashewnuts - 6 or 7Small coconut pieces - a handfulMethod:Grate the coconutSoak the rice in water for ½ an hour at leastOne can use the almonds with the skin - but you can blanch them and remove too.
