A must try !ARRABIATA SAUCEIngredients¼ cup canned tomato puree¼ cup fresh tomato puree2-3 tablespoons olive oil + for drizzling1 tablespoon chopped celery ½ teaspoon red chilli flakesSalt to taste¼ teaspoon sugar5-8 fresh basil leaves, hand torn + for garnishingMethod1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add celery and sauté for a minute.2. Add canned tomato puree, fresh tomato puree and mix well. Add chilli flakes, salt and sugar, mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes or till the sauce reduces. 3. Add basil leaves, mix and cook for a minute. 4.
