This Assorted meat pepper soup was made using different parts of a goat meat such as the intestine, liver, kidney, heart, lungs, and honeycomb all commonly referred to as "Afo Anu" in the Eastern part of Nigeria.

list of ingredients for Assorted meat peppersoup:
4kg of organ meats
1 bulb of onion
5 cubes of knorr seasoning
5 habanero peppers
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon of calabash nutmeg (Ehuru)
1 teaspoon of uziza
1 and half Tablespoons of salt
water
*Ehuru and uziza can be substituted for pepper soup spice*
