Atta Besan Ladoo - Wheat and Chickpea flour laddu - Diwali Special | Nisha Madhulika

Ladoos prepared using roasted wheat flour and chickpea flour, and mixed with gond and dry fruits are best for any festival. The shelf life of these ladoos is long and can be consumed for up to one complete season.

Ingredients
Chickpea Flour - 3/4 cup (100 grams)
Wheat Flour 3/4 Cup (100 grams)
Boora or Tagar - 1.5 cup (225 grams)
Melon Seeds - 2bsp
Edible Gum (गोंद) - 1 tbsp
Cashew Nuts - 1 to 10
Almonds - 8- to 20
Green Cardamom - 6 to 7
