These crunchy coconut cookies made using whole wheat flour is a must try !ATTA COCONUT COOKIESIngredients 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)¼ cup desiccated coconut ¼ cup butter½ cup castor sugar½ teaspoon vanilla essence1 tablespoon semolina A pinch of salt 2-3 tablespoons milkMethod1. Preheat oven to 180˚ C.2. Cream together butter and castor sugar in a bowl using an electric beater till light. Add vanilla essence and whisk well. 3. Add semolina and desiccated coconut. Sift together wheat flour and salt, add milk and whisk well. Mix till well combined into a dough. 4. Divide the dough into equal portions, shape into balls and slightly flatten between your palms. 5. Place on a baking tray and lightly press a fork horizontally and vertically on each cookie to create a pattern. 6. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 25-30.
