Ingredients for Tawa Tandoori Atta Naan -
Atta - 1 ½ cup / around 190 - 200g
Maida - ½ cup / around 60g
Baking powder - ¼ tsp
Baking soda - ⅛ tsp
Salt - as per taste
Dahi - to make a dough
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Dry Atta - to roll naan
Water - to spread before cooking
Butter - to apply before serving
