Heat oil in a tadka pan.2. Take flour in a bowl, add salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Tata Sampann Coriander Powder, hot oil and ½ cup water, knead to a stiff dough. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.3. Roll the dough into a semi thick dough and cut it into small squares. Deep fry until golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper4. Allow to cool completely and store in an airtight container.5.
