Avocado Smoothie | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

The goodness of avocados makes this smoothie extra special. A perfect drink to have post your workout.

AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 large avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced + for garnishing
3-4 cups milk
½ cup yogurt
1 banana
½ cup vanilla ice cream
Ice cubes as required
6-8 fresh blueberries + for garnishing
2 tablespoons honey

Method

1. Put avocado slices in a blender jar.
2. Peel and break banana into pieces and add alongwith milk, yogurt, ice cream, some ice cubes, blueberries and honey and blend well.
3. Pour smoothie into individual mason jars, garnish with 1-2 blueberries and an avocado slice. Serve immediately.
