BABY METHI BHAJIIngredients1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), cleaned and chopped 2 tbsp split Bengal gram (toovar dal), soaked 1 tbsp oil2-3 green chillies, chopped6-8 garlic cloves, chopped1 Medium onion, chopped½ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste1 tbsp chopped jaggery 2 tbsp coconut, scraped Method1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies, garlic and sauté till golden brown in color.2. Add onion sauté for 2-3 minutes or till golden brown in color add fenugreek leaves and mix well.3. Add toovar dal, turmeric powder, 1/2 cup of water .stir to mix, cover and cook for 5 minutes.4. Add salt, jaggery and sauté for a minute on a medium heat. Add coconut and mix well5. Serve hot.
