Bahubali Sandwich | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This monster sandwich is nothing but a cheat meal! Cheese in every layer, the only solace you can take is in the fact that this has vegetables as well!!

BAHUBALI SANDWICH

Ingredients

4 whole bread loaf slices
Butter as required
Green chutney as required
4-5 baby corn, blanched and sliced
3-4 pineapple slices
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
3-4 tablespoons aloo bhaji
3 tablespoons grated processed cheese
3 tablespoons shredded cabbage
1 small beetroot, cut into strips
½ medium carrot, cut into strips
3-4 onion rings
5-6 tomato slices
4-5 cucumber slices
3 cheese slices
Mayonnaise for drizzling
5 grams processed cheese
Sev for topping

Method

1. Apply some butter on the bread slices.
2. Take one bread slice and spread a spoonful of green chutney on it. Top with baby corn slices, pineapple slices and crushed peppercorns.
3. Place another bread slice on top and spread aloo bhaji on it. Top with grated cheese and place the 3rd bread slice on it.
4. Top with cabbage, beetroot, carrot, onion rings, tomato slices, cucumber slices and cheese slices. Cover with the remaining bread slice, apply some more butter on top and discard the edges.
5. Drizzle mayonnaise, grate cheese on it and top with sev. Serve.
