Served best with yogurt.BAJRA METHI DHEBRAIngredients1 cup pearl millet (bajra) flour½ cup fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) ½ cup whole wheat flour (atta)2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)1 green chilli, finely chopped1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste1 tablespoon roasted white sesame seeds (safed til)¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon red chilli powder¼ cup yogurtSalt to tasteOil for greasing and drizzling Method1. Knead together pearl millet flour, fenugreek leaves, wheat flour, gram flour, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, yogurt and salt with water as required to a soft dough. 2. Grease your palms with some oil and divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out into medium size thin discs.3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place discs on it and roast till the underside turns golden brown. Drizzle some oil and roast till golden brown from other side.4. Serve hot with yogurt.
