Relish a Halwa made with Bajra (pearl millet) flour, which is filled with nutrients and perfect for winters.BAJRE KA HALWA Ingredients 1½ cups pearl millet (bajra) flour½ cup ghee1 cup sugar1 tbsp slivered almonds1 tbsp slivered pistachios½ tsp green cardamom powderMethod 1. Heat ¼ cup ghee in still pan, add pearl millet flour, and sauté for 8-10 minutes or till fragrant.2. Add 4 cups water and mix till well combined. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.3. Add sugar, slivered almonds and slivered pistachios and green cardamom powder and mix well. 4. Add remaining ghee and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.5. Transfer in serving bowl.
