Bajri chi Bhakri - Bajra Roti made with flour of pearl millet a specialty of Maharashtra
Toor dal Amti is a traditional Maharashtrian spicy dal preparation that has a tangy and cooling touch made with tur dal seasoned with spices and sweetened with jaggery making the taste refreshing and irresistible to your taste buds


Ingredients:
bajra flour- Pearl millet 1 Cup
Salt 1 Pinch
Warm water 1 Cup
Ghee 1 Teaspoons

Directions:
1. Take a bowl and add bajra flour, salt, warm water, 1 tsp oil and make a stiff dough.

2. Apply oil to the polythene sheet and place the small dumpling of the dough and fold the polythene and press it with plate and make the poori size bhakri.

3. Heat the tawa and place the bhakri and cook it on both sides using ghee.
