Bajri Ka Chila (Dark Millet Pancake) By Asha Khatau | India Food Network

Bajre ki Roti is a popular dish eaten in Maharashtra and is considered to be extremely nutritious. Here Asha teaches us how to make bajri pancakes with a slight twist. Its easy , filling and an excellent breakfast dish.

Ingredients:
1 cup dark millet flour
½ cup of yogurt
¼ cup water
1 small tomato finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
¼ cup dark millet grains soaked for two hours and pressure cooked
2 tbsp of ginger garlic and chilly paste
Salt to taste
Oil
Banana leaves to cook the pancakes
