How to make Bajri Na Chamchamiya / બાજરીનાં ચમચમિયા / Bajre Ka Pancake

Ingredients :-

2 Cup - Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra Flour)
1 Cup - Fenugreek Leaves (Methi bhaji)
1 Cup - Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhaniya)
1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp - Ginger, Garlic,Chilli Paste
1/2tsp - Salt or As per taste
1 Cup - Yougurt / Dahi
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup - Warm Water
As required - તેલ - Refined Oil



Mix All of the above ingredients, and make a nice smooth consistent batter.


Apply some oil in hot pan, sprinkle some seasme / til, Pour a ladle of batter and fry it 2-3 mins on each side.
