Mango flavoured shrikhand baked and served chilled

BAKED AAMRAKHAND

Ingredients

200 gms yogurt, beaten
200 gms condensed milk
100 gms ripe mango puree
1 ripe mango, diced
100 gms fresh cream
A few mango slices, for garnishing

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180º C.
2. Mix together yogurt and condensed milk in a bowl. Add mango puree and mango pieces and continue to mix. Add cream and mix well.
3. Pour aamrakhand into 4 ramekin moulds and the remaining in a baking dish. Place all of them in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
4. Take them out of the oven and cool down to room temperature. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
5. Serve chilled garnished with mango slices.
